Some of rare diseases in the world are:

1. Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressive

Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressive or FOP is a disease that turns a normal person into a hard rock. Basically a system of interconnected bones (normal), but instead harden FOP disease network software such as muscles, and veins so that change the body of its victims to stone.

2. Alstrom Syndrome

Harlequin traits can be seen in the thickening of the keratin layer on the baby's skin that forms a thick pinkish scales and shaped like a diamond. Thick scales on a baby's skin is very limiting the movement of the baby even hard to breathe and eat. Harlequin Syndrome who experiencedbaby-type ichthyosis has a deformity of the skull and face. This disease occurs due to the ABCA 12 gene mutations in the protein.

5. Hutchinson-Gilford Progeria Syndrome

Progeria is a very rare genetic disorder where the disease is making a physical agingbaby quickly. This rapid aging process will begin within two years after birth. Progeria is not contagious and is not a disease of the derivative. I was so rare this disease, only one in four million babies born in the world have the possibility to have this condition.
